Mickey House Kids welcomes Returns & Exchanges within 28 days of the original date of purchase.

Returns:

Please do not send your item(s) back until you contact us to obtain a Return Authorisation code (RAC).

The customer is responsible for all costs incurred to return parcels to Mickey House Kids. We recommend

a traceable mode of delivery as we will not be responsible for any parcels that are misplaced or lost in

transit.  

Upon receiving your return, the item(s) will be inspected and we shall be in touch to notify you of details

of an issued refund. All approved refunds will be credited in the same manner it was originally paid.  

All returns must be unworn/unused, in original packaging with tags intact. If a return is suspected to be

anything but in its original condition the item shall be returned to the customer and redelivery will be

charged.

Sorry, strictly no returns on sale/discounted items and personal products due to hygiene reasons.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, refund will be issued within 10 working days

(excluding shipping cost) in the same manner it was originally paid.

Exchanges:

Please contact us to obtain an Exchange Code (EC) before you send the item back for an exchange.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will send out the exchange item to you using your prepaid satchel. Please note that sometimes an exchange is not possible for itemsmay be

out of stock or end of season products.  

Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 4 hours of submission or provided that your Order is still at “Processing” status. Simply contact us to inform on your cancellation request and we will be more than happy to assist. All payments made will be refunded in the same manner it was originally paid.

If however, the order status has progressed to “Delivered”, your order cancellation request cannot be processed as your order is being packed or may already dropped off for shipping.
