Gift vouchers are valid for a period of 12 months from the date of issue. Vouchers must be redeemed in full within the validity period on any sale and/or full price merchandise; any unused balance will not be refunded or credited on expiry.

Vouchers are to be treated like cash; defaced, mutilated, altered, lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced, refunded or redeemed.

Additional values cannot be added to an existing card; however, additional cards can be purchased.

Not redeemable for cash. Vouchers must be redeemed before expiry date shown on voucher. Will be void and may not be redeemed after expiry date.
